Organizer & Contract
The Intimate Futures Conference is organized by Schwelle7 GesmbH. By booking a ticket, you enter into a contract with Schwelle7 GesmbH. All event information (program, schedule, trainers) is provided with care, but minor changes may occur.

Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed online. Personal data (name, email, contact info) is used only for booking and event communication. Payment is processed via a secure third-party provider; Schwelle7 GesmbH is not responsible for the provider’s handling of payment data.

Withdrawal Rights
Participants may cancel their booking within  2 days without giving a reason. If services are requested within this period, you waive the right of withdrawal for services already provided.

Safety & Exclusion
Organizers may refuse participation or remove individuals to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Identity verification is part of the contract. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
All transactions are governed by Austrian law, with jurisdiction in Vienna if the participant resides or works in Vienna.
